Introductio

Praefatio

Adopting advanced CNC technology and automatic control systems, the CNC machine for submersible oil motor assembly features precise programming and intelligent operation procedures. The machine improves assembly efficiency and product quality while reducing operational risks, but also reduces manual operation risks. The machine helps enterprises achieve high-efficiency and low-cost production, and enhances their market competitiveness.

1. Machine Structure

The machine consists of the main machine structure, hydraulic power system, electrical control system and other components. (See Figure 1 ~ Figure 3)

3.1 Corpus principale machinae (videre Figuram 5)

Corpus principalis machinae constat ex raelibus terrae, lecto machinae, cylindro propulsivo, apparatu prehensionis, carro elevatorio, apparatu extractionis nucleorum, capite pressorio, apparatu elevationis raelium et aliis partibus. Dimensiones totales (L×W×H): 24000×1800×1900 mm; Pondus totale: circiter 34 tonnae

3.1.1 Machina Cubile
Constans ex 12 copiis raelium terrae, 3 arcubus porticis, 2 columnis directricibus, 7 copiis braciorum anteriorum, 6 copiis braciorum posteriorum, 12 copiis supportum anteriorum ad regulandum minutissime et 6 copiis supportum posteriorum ad regulandum minutissime. Dimensiones (L×W×H): 24000×1400×1100 mm (incluis raelibus terrae, exclusa fundatione); Pondus totale: circiter 19 tonnae. (Vide Figuram 6, Structuram Principalem)

The ground rail functions as the horizontal reference, load-bearing, and force-transmitting foundation of the entire equipment and is embedded into the concrete foundation. All portal frames and brackets are directly mounted onto the ground rails. Both ends of the guide columns are affixed to the middle and rear portal frames. Fine-adjustment supports are installed on the brackets.
3.1.2 Sets of Pushing Servo Hydraulic Cylinders

The pushing cylinder supplies the primary power for the submersible oil motor assembly. Two pushing cylinders are positioned between the front and middle portal frames, supported at the base by 12 sets of front fine-adjustment supports. Dimensions (L×W×H): 11600×400×310 mm; Weight per cylinder: approx. 3.3 tons. (See Figure 7)

Parametri de performantia: cursus: 11000 mm; fortitudo de impulsum: 500 kN; fortitudo de trahendum: 250 kN; velocitas de extensione: 100 mm/s, omnes continue regulabiles secundum necessitates. Equipatus est cum encoder lineare magnetico et valvula proportionali ad formandum circuitum clausum. PLC regit operationem synchronam duplicium cylindrorum, cum errore synchrono in sequendo ≤ 5 mm et errore synchrono in positione stantis ≤ 2 mm. Rota montatur super tunica exteriore cylindri propulsoris ad servire ut via currentis pro carro elevatorio.
3.1.3 Carro elevatorio
Carrus prementis est montatus super tubum cylindri oleosi duorum cylindrorum propulsoriorum. Dimensiones (L×L×A): 1424×736×602 mm; Pondus totale: circa 562 kg. Componitur ex structura carri, mechanismo currentis, mechanismo claudendi, apparatu mensurandi distantiam et apparatu movendi tubularem. (Vide Figuram 8)

Functiones carrus prementis:
1). Antequam premitur et laminatur stator motoris submersibilis oleosi, unum extremum clauditur per sua interna mechanisma ut motor non glisset dum cilindrus propulsivus applicat pressionem laminandi ad alterum extremum per pressionem caput.
2). Internus sensor displacamenti laser automaticus mensurat crassitudinem
nuclei statoris.
3). Postquam stator motoris mordetur, cylindrus electricus movet anulum retentivum in sulcum mordendi domicilii motoris.
3.1.4 Caput pressionis
Caput pressionis principaliter constat ex tubis supportis super duas columnas directrices portis mobilibus sinistris et dextris, ac motoribus servorum, reductoribus, rotis dentatis et cremalleriis ad aperiendum et claudendum portas mobiles. (Vide Figuram 9)
Impulsus a cylindro propulsorio, caput pressorium per columnas directrices movetur hinc et inde.

Functiones capitis pressoris:
1). Impulsus a cylindro propulsorio, porta mobilis clausa capitis pressoris pressionem laminarum in lamellas ferri statoris exercet.
2). Impulsus a cylindro propulsorio, tabulae prehensiles mobiles mandrilum prehendunt et e carcasso motoris extrahunt.
3.1.5 Apparatus prehensorius
septem apparatus prehensorii in bracketis anterioribus et portali media insunt frame, used for clamping the stator and housing of the motor. Dimension (L×W×H): 550×200×1700 mm; Single set weight: about 160 KG. (See Figure 10)

3.2 Hydraulic Power System
The hydraulic power system (hydraulic station) is equipped with 1 set of circulating filtration and cooling device.
Rated pressure: 32 MPa; Rated flow: 200 L/min; Piston Pump: Displacement 100 L/min, rated pressure 32 MPa, 2 sets; Motor: 380V AC, power 2×55 KW, 2 sets; Stainless Steel Oil Tank: Volume 1500 L.
Overall dimension (L×W×H): 1930×2000×2200 mm; Total weight: about 3.3 tons (excluding oil). It is placed at the tail of the main oil cylinder. (See Figure 11)

3.3 Electric Control System
The electric control system is mainly composed of hydraulic station control cabinet, lamination equipment control cabinet, piano-type operation console, LED display screen and wireless remote controller.
3.3.1 Hydraulic Station Control Cabinet
Core internal components include motor soft starter, AC circuit breaker, AC contactor, control relay, safety relay and other elements. (See Figure 12 for appearance)
3.3.2 Armatura controlis laminatoris
Componentes interni principes includunt elementa protectionis circuitus, unitatem alimentationis, Controllorem Logici Programmabilis (PLC), conectorum EtherCAT, modulum extensionis PLC, ductorem motoris servorum, ductorem motoris passuum, inversorem motoris asynchroni et relatum medium. vide Figuram 13)

3.3.3 consolam operatoris
Equipata est commutatore Ethernet industriali, pulsatoribus, rotulis et schermo tactili. (Vide Figuram 14)
3.3.4 Schermu LED
Ad facilitandum operatoribus in loco ut capiant parametres de controllo claves in tempore reali, schermu LED magnus configuratus est ad monstrandum: Numerum peciae examinandae, longitudinem tubi exterioris, diametrum exterius custodis motoris, pressionem olei systematis, temperaturam olei systematis, pressionem cylindri principalis, mensuram distantiae per laser, displacementem carro, displacementem capitis prehensionis. (Vide Figuram 15)

Ad ut operatoribus in loco possint observare opus diligentius et machinam operari commodius, machina habet controllerem remotum wireless manuale cum functione arrestus urgentis. vide Figuram 16.
