Our hydraulic rotary actuator with position sensor integrates a high-resolution encoder (16-bit, ±0.01° accuracy) for robotic arm articulation. The sensor is embedded in the output shaft, providing real-time feedback to the robotic controller. The vane-type design offers smooth rotation (backlash ≤0.03°) and torque up to 5,000 N·m, suitable for 6-axis robots. The actuator body uses lightweight aluminum (6061-T6) to reduce robotic arm inertia, while the sensor housing is IP68-rated for dust and moisture protection.
