Recently, after 18 months of joint R&D, complete machine assembly and repeated working-condition debugging, the self-developed CNC Machine for Submersible Oil Motor Assembly of Tianjin Uranus Hydraulic Machinery Co.,Ltd. has passed full acceptance and been officially put into mass production line.

Compatible with full series of 375~738 submersible oil motors, the machine is equipped with servo hydraulic closed-loop control, laser measuring device and PLC intelligent electric system, realizing full automatic workflow including stator lamination, motor assembly, core withdrawing and unloading. With a total length of 24m and max thrust of 500KN, its double-cylinder synchronous error is controlled within 2mm. Compared with traditional manual assembly, it improves production efficiency by over 40%, reduces manual safety risks and greatly upgrades motor precision and product uniformity.

The launch of this new equipment marks our core technological breakthrough in intelligent assembly equipment for downhole oil & gas industry. We will keep developing integrated intelligent ESP equipment and supply high-precision one-stop assembly solutions for oil & gas manufacturers worldwide.
