Our hydraulic balers combine high-pressure hydraulics with intelligent controls to transform waste materials into dense, transportable bales. The core of the baler is a double-acting cylinder (bore 200-400 mm) constructed from 42CrMo4 steel (yield strength ≥930 MPa), chrome-plated (30μm) and induction-hardened (60-65 HRC) for 100,000+ cycle life. The cylinder generates forces up to 1,500 kN, compacting materials like cardboard, plastic, and metal shavings to densities of 300-800 kg/m³. The hydraulic system features a variable displacement axial piston pump (volumetric efficiency ≥94%) driven by a 30-75 kW IE4 motor, reducing energy consumption by 35% compared to fixed-displacement systems. A PLC control system with HMI interface allows customization of compression force, cycle time, and bale size, while safety features include overload protection, emergency stops, and interlocked guards. Designed for 24/7 operation, the baler's frame is constructed from welded Q345B steel (yield strength ≥345 MPa) with stress-relieved joints, and the compression chamber uses wear-resistant liner plates (hardness ≥55 HRC). Used in recycling centers and waste management facilities, our balers can produce bales from 50 to 1,000 kg, with optional mobile configurations for on-site use.
