Tianjin Uranus' hydraulic pipe benders combine precision hydraulics with advanced controls to achieve accurate pipe forming. The bending cylinder (force up to 300 kN) uses a low-friction design with PTFE-impregnated seals (friction coefficient ≤0.08), while the bending radius is controlled via a servo-hydraulic system (repeatability ±0.3°). The machine accommodates pipes from 10 to 300 mm OD, with wall thicknesses up to 12 mm, and can achieve bend angles up to 180°. The hydraulic system features a proportional flow control valve for adjustable bending speed (0.1-10°/s), and a pressure relief valve set at 110% of working pressure for safety. A mandrel insertion mechanism with automatic retraction prevents ovality (deformation ≤1%), while the NC control system stores up to 100 bend profiles for quick changeovers. Constructed from ductile iron (QT700-2) for rigidity, the bender's frame includes anti-vibration mounts to reduce noise (<85 dB). Used in plumbing, automotive exhaust systems, and aerospace tubing, these benders meet ASME B31.1 and ISO 4422 standards. Optional CNC upgrades enable 3D pipe bending with multiple bends in a single setup. Contact us for pipe bending accuracy data or view bending process videos.
