Our high pressure manifold blocks are purpose-built for systems operating at up to 100 MPa, leveraging quenched and tempered 4140 steel (tensile strength ≥1,040 MPa) with a minimum wall thickness of 12 mm to withstand extreme pressures. The blocks undergo deep cryogenic treatment (-196°C) to enhance fatigue life (≥10⁶ cycles at 70% yield), while internal bores are hard chrome-plated (25-30μm) and superfinished (Ra ≤0.1μm) to reduce friction and wear. Featuring finite element analysis (FEA)-optimized flow paths, these blocks minimize pressure drop to <0.5 bar even at flow rates up to 300 L/min. The design integrates cartridge valves (ISO 7368) with pressure ratings up to 80 MPa, and optional pilot-operated check valves for load holding. A unique stress-relief groove design prevents cracking in high-stress areas, validated through 1,000-hour continuous pressure cycling at 120% rated pressure. Used in hydroforming presses, deep-sea submersible systems, and aerospace actuators, these blocks comply with MIL-H-5606 for hydraulic components. Each block is serialized for traceability and undergoes ultrasonic testing (UT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to ensure material integrity.
