For a German press brake manufacturer, we supplied custom cylinders for a 300-ton, 4-meter press brake. The cylinders have a bore of 160 mm and a stroke of 200 mm, achieving synchronization accuracy of ±0.01 mm. They have been in service for over 10 years. For shearing machines, we provide custom cylinders that drive the upper blade. These cylinders must provide high force and fast response. We use double-acting designs with cushioning at the end of the stroke to reduce impact. For a Chinese shearing machine builder, we supplied custom cylinders for a 20mm plate shear. The cylinders have a bore of 200 mm and a stroke of 150 mm, operating at 210 bar. They have achieved over 1 million cycles. For tandem press brakes (longer than 6 meters), we provide custom cylinders with multiple cylinders synchronized using a master-slave control system.
