Tianjin Uranus Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in 1992, followed by the founding of Shanghai Uranus Hydraulic Machinery Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Uranus Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The company is recognized as “national small giant” enterprise, “national high-tech enterprise” and “national intellectual property advantage enterprise”. Boasting a total area of 45,000 square meters with a building area of 26,000 square meters, a registered capital of 65 million yuan, and an annual output value ranging from 200 to 300 million yuan. Its products have won titles such as the “China Well-known Trademark”, “Tianjin Famous Trademark”, and “Tianjin Famous Brand Product”.
Uranus is a technology-innovative enterprise specializing in advanced hydraulic transmission products and integrated mechanical-hydraulic-optical intelligent equipment. With more than 30 years of expertise and practical experience, it has built a high-level product R&D team and robust production and manufacturing capabilities. Currently, Uranus has about 50,000 sets of drawings of non-standard products on file and has won 27 invention patents and 23 utility model patents. In 2024, Uranus expects to secure 7 additional patents. In recent years, it has developed 38 product series independently, with seven of these recognized as JB/ZQ heavy machinery standards by the National Bureau of Standards.
Regarding information management, Uranus deployed ERP management system in 1997. In 2008, it introduced 3D parametric product design software and a PDM product life cycle management system. It has also continued to optimize and upgrade its information management practices.
Since 2013, Uranus has focused on intelligent and digitalization of high-end hydraulic technology. Currently, it has expanded into new industries, such as aerospace, shipbuilding, marine engineering, petrochemicals, energy conservation, and environmental protection. Uranus’ products sold internationally, reaching countries such as the United States, Germany, France, Japan, Austria, Luxembourg, Australia, Russia, Turkey, South Africa, Brazil, India, Vietnam, the Philippines, Syria, Algeria, and many other countries around the world.
